Man!! After today, I have to say that as much as I dislike Discount Tire and their crappy "service" I'll sadly be going back to them. I bought a set of tires at Costco thinking I was getting a good deal. Well, not only were they pretty much the same price as Discount Tire, their service at this Costco is nothin short of horrible. I've had 3 flats within 6 months of getting these tires, and the comment from Ken the manager" was "well, that's your fault, not the tires". Even after I told him that I never had a flat with my old tires and they recommended moving from Yokohama to Michelin, and that I still drive the same route, he was about as rude and non-service oriented as you can be. Maybe "Ken the manager" shouldn't be in a customer service position if he hates the customers? Just my 2 cents but watching him be this way with all the customers, I don't think it's the customer.
