It's alright. The location is the best aspect of this place for sure. I drive a Nissan Murano, and I can't even begin to fit in my assigned covered spot, even when the car's next to my spot are gone. If you come to look at this complex, don't be fooled by the regular sized visitor spots, drive around and look at the size of the covered spots...they're seriously golf cart sized!!! People get VERY creative in their parking here because there's not much to work with. If you drive anything larger than a compact car, you'll really want to consider looking elsewhere or downsizing your vehicle. Update: Don't bother with this place, if your main draw is the lower rent because you'll end up spending just as much as you would on a nicer apartment with the electric bills here. My unit is a little over 700 sq ft 1 bed, I keep the AC at 77 and it literally runs NONSTOP. It's loud too, so unless I'm standing in the same room as my guest, I can't hear anything they're saying. My last electric bill was $190 and that's with it being turned up to 80 degrees the 50 hours a week I'm at work.
