These are patients making life changing decisions show a little empathy! Then she gave me a half hearted apology when I called her on it. On top of it all Dr. Lesani finally met with me and was not Patch Adams himself now I see where the rest of the office staff get it from. No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care first!
