My friend is a frequent customer at Nails For You, and today she brought me here for the first time. I was a little hesitant because of the poor reviews, but I thought my experience here was fairly decent. We went during lunch, which meant it was quite busy but we only ended up waiting about 5 minutes for two chairs to free up. The spa chairs have massage functions, which was very welcomed and made it a relaxing experience. My friend's phone died and the staff kindly provided a charging cable for her, which I thought was very nice and deserves praise. The tubs are nice and clean, and they lined each one before use to keep it sanitary. The entire process took about 30 minutes, which is shorter than I'm used to, but since it was lunchtime it's to be expected. I liked that they left us alone afterwards to let the polish dry, and we weren't hurried out like at some other places. This is probably because it died down a little by then - if more customers were coming in I'd expect to be kicked out like anywhere else. Overall, a good experience for $25. The staff are not very friendly nor good to talk to, but service wise I thought it was very well done. I took off a star, however, because the technician working on my large toe cut me with the cuticle trimmers.
