Please see that this is not 2014. I moved in 2015. Personally, I have had no issues here. Maintenance can be a little slow to respond, but that may be because I don't ever have any big issues. However, Esther and Luis were fast in getting the water heater replaced and cleaning up the water damage in the patio closet (no personal damage). Esther has really made this complex a lot better than what I see in those older reviews. She has been communicative and helpful with me. She watches who comes and goes. Even though we are gated, it makes me feel better since we are right in the front. She talks me through any questions I have about the HOA. (Just having the pool closed for a long time during the summer and upgrading the gate took a while.) All I have to do is call or text to let her know if I need her to sign if there is a delivery of something special. She even made sure to let me know a neighbor could use my household goods as I was moving. That is helping out two people in her complex. And not something she had to do. I am really appreciative this was my home.
I would not hesitate to rent from her again.
