Came in to get my little furry friend groomed. Was immediately greeted by the staff. From the first moment I walked in I could tell they were true animal lovers.
DJ did an amazing job with grooming and even took some extra time to explain some of her concerns with my dog's coat.
Jeremiah and Christie were such sweethearts. Showed me some options for harnesses and even helped me fit my dog for one! They also took the time to explain some different options for food that could help with allergies.
Once my dog was fitted for her new harness, Tim took some time out of his day to help show the best way to train her. So very thankful for the extra tips!
The Wag n Wash crew most obviously operates from a model of care and education. They genuinely care for the well being of companions and their owners. They've also taken time to educate themselves on products and services which helped keep me from guessing what was best for my dog!
