Ordered business cards last week that I needed a quick turnaround time on and paid the $30 shipping cost to make sure they arrived in time. I get an email the day that they are supposed to be delivered saying that they only just started production and that they'd let me know when they were done. No estimate. No offer of a refund. I pushed back and they offered the difference in shipping cost as a credit once I received them.
UPDATE: I appreciate their attention to my review and refund of the shipping costs. Still was an unnecessary hassle and won't be working with them again.
