We have used Sun City Express for a number of years...the pick-ups at home, (going TO the airport)has always been timely. Drivers courteous. However, the waits AT the airport for rides back home are not as timely..sometimes waitng for over 1/2 hour. Not a big deal, but would prefer more timely pickup at Sky Harbor. Lastly, your reservations agents should be informed about your award points program so they can communicate intelligently to your clients. They either say to call back the next day when management is there, or the muddle through with almost no knowledge (in other words, BS). I will continue to use Sun City Express, as overall I am quite satisfied. btw, I write reviews for Trip Advisor. Robbo
