I took my girl in for her very first tat. She was so hyper anxious and petrified at the same time but Chad took a minute to calm her nerves and really put her at ease. You see, she's scared of needles. Not only does Chad have a light hand but he has a very calming demeanor - something my girl really appreciated. He really walked her through the entire process with kid gloves. Her tat took about an hour, prep was about fifteen minutes. He explained that everyone has different nerve endings and that everyone has a different level of tolerance with respect to pain. Chad also took the time to explain her "after-care" and was quite professional about everything. He was even gracious enough to give us tips about hiking in Red Rock Canyon. I absolutely recommend this shop and Chad - hands down. We appreciated him so much and our hefty tip really conveyed how happy we were with him. The bottom line is that my girl is no longer apprehensive about the tattoo process and I'm so proud of her for being a trooper.
