So I got a great deal on the furniture, if only it was the actual furniture I ordered. I have contacted the store and customer service over 5 times now, one day immediately following the delivery and several times since then. I ordered a pillowtop mattress that was supposed to be soft, but it is the firmest bed I've ever encountered. The associates insisted that I wait 30 days for it to break in - but let's be honest, a miracle would need to happen to transform this ultra firm mattress into a soft one. I went back after the 30 days to which I was informed that there was nothing they could do since it has been more than 30 days. So just to clarify, I came before 30 days and they told me I had to wait, then when I come back 30 days later I'm told that I should have come back before 30 days. Seriously, this is RIDICULOUS. Customer service has been less than helpful, and no one in the store seems to be able to do anything either. Avoid this place at all costs.
