My home warranty assigned Old West Builders as the contractor to fix my AC which was not working at all. It was 95 degrees in my home and I urgently needed service. I submitted the request Thursday and called first thing Friday. The person who answered told me that they will TRY to come Saturday but could not guarantee it. She said that since I live in Scottsdale, there was no possible way they could go on Friday. I told her I wasn't available after Saturday because I would be traveling for work. About 8 hours later, I get an automated text saying that my appointment was scheduled for Monday night (when I will be out of the state). Terrible experience and horrible customer service.
