It was my first time stepping into an ULTA. The employees weren't friendly at all. I was in the men's fragrance for a good 15 minutes and no one approached me at all. There were 2 groups of employees just talking stories and I'd say there were 7 customers in there including myself and they weren't helping any customers only after one customer was the one who approached the employee. It was a bad first impression for me. Not sure if I'd want to shop or bring business to this company at all. Sticking to sephora for my colognes.
