Encore is more "quiet" than Wynn, although Wynn is generally recomended for younger/party people.
Encore is very Asian looking , very classy with that in mind but I'm not necessarily a fan of swing dragons on walls and Asian slot machines with Asian symbols.
I do give this place a 5 star, I have been here a number of times and each time the accommodations were great, rooms are very clean, in room dining service is professional and food (in room and restaurants) are great.
Many people downgrade the ratings because of the price, but it is your choice to stay here and dine here and I leave it at that.
I like the idea that all players have the same looking players card, and I respect the business model overall.
There are some weaker spots in the resort: buffet is not stellar(try Bachanall for that reason), and the variety of shops/stores are not stellar either. Showcasing top brands might miss the core principle.
