BEWARE!!! The worst experience ever! My 81 yr old Mothers A/C's broke. I called to get them replaced. The guy that I spoke to was pushy and knowing this was something that needed to be done fairly quickly gave me a quote $4,000 more than 3 other companies that came to look. They also charged me $179 just to give me the estimate and then signed us up with a monthly warranty with an A/C we never purchased! When I asked why $179 just to give an estimate they could not give me a reason for such an exhorbitant amount. I tried calling over and over to speak to a manager or supervisor and they have ignored this complaint. Stay far away. We ended up purchasing an A/C from air for less .. best experience and value.
