I used to love this place when it first opened, however, now this place just makes me so irritated. Everything you are reading here about your employees and service is mostly true! Bouncers and bartenders always seem irritated or mad at the world. Terrible service and bouncers seem strange as if they can't go one night without HAVING to kick people out like there's a minimum standard they have to uphold. I asked one bartender if there was anything Toby's does for birthdays and he replied with a rude, quick, "No", turned around quickly and left our bar area. When a friend later during the night noticed there was a display on the TV about a birthday dinner of some sort. Whatever. Anyways, you can be assured my friends and I will NOT be returning to this place ever. I'm surprised you guys aren't closed down yet.
