This place is terrible. Rude employees, ridiculous hoops to jump through and incredibly long waits. They have a system where people "call ahead" that makes no sense, especially to the people who walk-in and didn't visit their website. Long story short, you end up waiting for about 2.5 hours in a tiny room filled with sick people. Then, they take you back FINALLY and you sit for another 30-45 minutes. While the nurse and the PA, (yes Physicians Assistant, not even a doctor after all that time) were nice, it didn't matter at this point. The biggest joke was them giving a vision test to her. We had a sick kid with pink eye (OBVIOUSLY) and they couldn't care less about efficiency or preventing their other patients from getting this highly contagious illness. To top it off, they made us wait 15 minutes to "prepare our paperwork" so we could leave, which is an envelope containing a paper that says they called in our prescription. RIDICULOUS. And here's a note to the incredibly rude, mean girl at the front, get another job. You are obviously unhappy and your lack of care for the patients that visit here is apparent. Whoever owns this place needs to send in some secret shoppers or something to see how their customers experience there office in this highly competitive market. I have already told 10 people to AVOID.
