This is a horrible business concern. Flooring factor gave me initial invoice 1760$. They took 880$ as advance to start the tile installation work. They came to start work without getting any material. With some pretext they avoided working on that day.
Next day we called them to find out what was happened. They want to increase the quote as my apartment management requested him to hawl away the waste Tile cut water out of the apartment. Flooring Factor un reasonably increased the quote to 2478$.
I refused to that much raise in quote. They didn't responded to Emails/calls. They didn't refunded the Advance took. They didn't even responded to Credit card company.
I am going to complain on them to ROC and BBB.
