Dont do it, buy another system, Yes, its true this company sucks, the cameras break the programming sucks and you will not figure out how to use it.Try calling customer service, good luck with that.
I spent $1000 and this goddamn system keeps givinfgme problems. it works fine then it doesnt. GOOD LUCK!!
11-10-2016 still don't have a full system, bought it in July, the recorder is changing IP Addresses and the cameras go blank. This is the 3rd recorder that I've returned along with 8 cameras thorough out the past few months. (I bought 6). I now have over 24 hours of call time w/tech support. Still waiting on my system. Spend your money elsewhere.
