I have been on hold now for17 minutes! I have never been on hold for less than 15 minutes. Also, I had a biopsy done and waited 2 weeks, had to call them, on hold for 25 minutes. They said Dr. Ragaini had not signed off on results. Called me that evening with good news. Had a mammogram done, called a week later, said they hadn't gotten them. Called the radiology, they had sent them 2 days before I called. Called them back, dr. Ragaini again did not sign off, they will call me in 3 days. Waited 2 weeks more, called them today, Dr. Ragaini had not signed off on them still! But, receptionist gave me the results, with a very poor attitude. Asked if they call or mail results. That is when she told me Dr. Had not signed off on them. When I told her that was what I was told last time, she said, "So there you Go!" What? Very rude people. Will be looking for a new place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
