Ramen is lacking in the Phoenix area. However, if you have a craving for ramen, Republic Ramen will satisfy you. You have the standard tonkotsu (pork marrow), miso, and shoyu (soy sauce) broths with some nice variants of these standards. They're all tasty and you have a nice variety of traditional and not so traditional add-ins. I found the restaurant to have a nice, "good enough" decor, though they lose a star due to the dirty bathrooms. The management really needs to implement a more regular bathroom cleaning schedule.
Price is decent, though expect to add on top of the base price.
