This place is wretched! I too have had AC problems during the summer time and then have now had heat problems in the winter. There is mold in my apartment I believe and I have tried to contact the management team several times during the day to speak with them personally and I usually get several, several rings without an answer....
I know it's cheaper than a lot of places and they do try hard, but they also are raising the rent and I don't know how they can justify that in any way. People are also always walking/driving/parking in the middle of the street and get used to having cops in the neighborhood frequently.
