Went in for an Oil Change today, POOR customer Service, I stood there at the counter for 20 Min, people in the shop saw me there, but did not seem to care. They sat there joking and talking but no acknowledgement. Finally 20 min later William came out and was very rude, unprofessional.
I had a coupon from the firestone website for a Full Synthetic oil Change for 49.99 but told me very snotty that they do not take those coupons for european cars, I have a VW Passat. and then proceeded to tell me what the cost was I was like hell the dealer is cheaper then that. I ended up going down the street to another shop and they honored the 49.99 coupon and I got my oil change done.
