I contacted Mainline Plumbing because they were recommended by my condo manager. I had two items - changing a kitchen faucet that had been leaking and replacing a hot water valve that wasn't shutting off. They fixed both items to my satisfaction, but I would also recommend them for other reasons:
1) When I talked with them to schedule the appointment, they told me that it would be cheaper for me to buy the faucet myself at a big box store and have them install it, rather than get it from them, because the big box stores had better prices due to large volume buying. I didn't do that for various reasons, but appreciated them looking out for me.
2) When they checked my hot water valve, they told me that it didn't require replacing, just tightening. The quoted estimate was adjusted accordingly.
I would also like to commend Ivan, who was pleasant and professional.
I will be moving to a house of my own this year and will definitely call Mainline Plumbing for any necessary plumbing jobs.
