If I could give 0 stars I would! The leasing agents are nice to you when you are looking to lease from them. Then once the lease is signed, the customer service is horrible!! Our oven didn't work when we first moved in so we put in a service order. All they did was literally move the oven rack down. We put in another and eventually got a new oven! Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for every last thing! We got a $75 fee for our fire extinguisher not being placed outside at the exact time and because they had to "pull the keys" and never enter our apartment, we got charged. Nevermind the fact that it is their responsibility to keep the apartments up to fire code. They manipulate the wording on notices happening in the complex to get another BS fee out of you! We did like the area and the apartments themselves were nice, however, they raised our rent by 27% when it was time to renew our lease. And don't bother paying for the cleaning and carpet cleaning fee of $252.75, because they will charge you an extra $150 after you move out of carpet cleaning and "excessive cleaning" fees. When your lease is ending, they will say you received more keys then they gave you to get $25/each key you're missing out of you. For example, they said we were given 3 apartment keys and 3 mail keys upon signing the lease. This was not the case. So we had an extra apartment key made versus paying the $25 but couldn't find anywhere to make an extra mail key. When we called them and asked, they said they weren't sure where to get a duplicate mail key. I asked well then how do you get a new one if someone doesn't turn it in? She said, we make it here. They charge 5X more what it would cost at Home Depot or Lowe's! (By the way, Ace Hardware with make it for $2 we found out) I wish I would've read the reviews of this place before moving in, we most certainly would not have signed a lease. When I see new prospective tenants walking the grounds, I tell them to look elsewhere because this place is so horrible! Oh and I forgot to mention our AC went out in the middle of summer. We had a newborn and two younger boys and our internal temp went from 75 to 93 in 30 minutes. We called maintenance once we noticed and they said they wouldn't be there for at least an hour! We had to go get a hotel room to stay in. Which we didn't get reimbursed for. The lack of care these people have is incredible!
