We booked our daughter's birthday party with Bounce U, and she had so much fun! First of all, the online booking made things so easy. And a few days before the party, they contacted us to finalize our requests and options and sent an email confirmation. The staff was on top of it, from start to finish, and they double checked everything when we checked in the day of the party.
We had a guy and a girl as the hosts, and they were AWESOME!! They were enthusiastic, great with the kids, they were patient, they made sure everything transitioned easily from room to room, and they made my daughter feel special on her birthday. I really appreciated them for making the day stress free for me, and for making it fun for the kids. Thank you!!
