This company has a bad attitude. I called for a 9:45 AM cab to the airport at 8:00 AM. I am used to taxi cabs being early, or at least on time, so when no taxi had arrived at 9:50 AM, I called. I was told the taxi was on its way. At 9:55 AM, when I called for the second time, I was informed that Yellow Cab Company does not guarantee the pick-up time, and said the dispatcher should have told me this when I first called (they did not). I have never heard of this before. What's the use of asking for a taxi to arrive at a certain time. The taxi finally arrived at 10:00 AM. It did not have any Yellow Cab decals on it (I was told to look for a green vehicle), so I think they farmed this ride out to another company. Because I was making arrangements for other people, I canceled the next taxi I had scheduled and called another company.
