I am sorely disappointed in this company. My husband placed an order a week ago through the website. He said at the time of ordering that he was going to pick it up around 3pm on Saturday. We get a call at 10:45 today (Saturday) saying that they close on Saturdays at 11. So he rushed out to get the cake, and I called the store. First of all, the lady who answered was very snooty and I tried to tell her that he would only be a couple minutes after 11 and she would not budge saying, "if he's not here by the time we close the doors -blah blah blah-."
What burns me is that they've had our order for a week and no one bothered to call us until FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE!!? I won't be ordering from this company anymore.
