Booking consultation was a breeze, the in home consultation/estimate was timely and helpful. The installation appointment process was horrific. Horrible customer service and zero professionalism. Install appointment was canceled morning of by their manager/dispatcher and reasoning was "we can't do your install today, I have no one to do it". They then booked it first thing the following day however failed to show and with no courtesy call. When I called to inquire whereabouts, I was told "they are on another job, we had a carpet emergency and one guy got injured". I understand things happen out in the field but this so called esteemed company lacks serious communication, customer service, and professionalism in their installation department.
