This place is amazing! We spent a few hours here going Izakaya style drinking and ordering dishes. Everything was excellent. I can only urge you to peruse their "Fresh from the Market" menu and order one or two of the excellent sashimi dishes (our favorite was Breem) where the sashimi is served on the fish it came from. After you eat the sashimi they deep fry the remains of the fish, which makes for an excellent crunchy snack. Perfect for drinking black and tan (made from Asahi Black and Kirin or Sapporo)! Go for it!
Much better than going to these overpriced buffets on the Strip watching sad people stuffing their faces with all-you-can-eat crap!
