The customer service is terrible. Rude, unhelpful, unkind and most of all unwilling to help with anybody's situation. Sheila B. (whoever you are) seemed so douchy and kept blaming me, the customer, for a mistake in my wedding photo book. It was one page, and on the page there were 3 bold lines that are super noticeable and unnecessary. I asked her politely if I could return the book and have them fix the one page, but in turn she replied that I'd have to reedit the photo book and purchase it again at 50% off. I edited this photobook for atleast 10 hours and the lines were NOT there. Let me also say that I've already spent $70 on this photo book and would not want to repurchase and waste my money on a second unneeded book. It's one page that I need edited, that's all. Sheila kept pushing me to purchase another and did not want to help with my situation. Don't look forward to trying to settle your problems with purchases because the customer service reps don't care about the customers at all. Their only intent is to squeeze every drop of money out of you even if the mistake was not yours.
