For such a nice hotel I would have expected a hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. The lady that takes care of the guests in the Concierge Lounge does a great job. The bed was very comfortable and shower area impressive. We were in a Suite on 14 and had great views of downtown. Loud music could be heard but always stopped at a reasonable hour. Called for our vehicle in valet numerous times and only had to wait over 20 minutes one time. Offering cold water for our rides was a great touch. Need more awareness with Safety as sometimes the car was parked next to a larger vehicle thus blocking our view to oncoming traffic while we are pulling out. The lunch and service in the bar area were very good with plenty of choices.
