I went to this dental office with a problem tooth. They said OK, but then worked on everything but that tooth running my dental coverage out for the ENTIRE year. Then, they told me I would have to pay completely out of pocket for remainder of work that actually needed to be done after unnecessary things were done first. I told them that I was going to wait for new year so I could have necessary procedure done under insurance. They were a little unhappy with this, but couldn't really refuse me - at that time. Since then I've tried going back twice to have this procedure done but they keep telling me that the insurance company is telling them that I have to pay 80% of charges instead of 20% for procedure. I contacted insurance company and they said that is untrue. I have tried to explain this to this dental office - even bringing in the notification from the website, and they refuse to cooperate and insist that I pay out of pocket even though they contract with the insurance. This last time was the absolute last time I try go there. I was very unhappy with entire experience.
