Brought a flash drive to have them make copies. Simple single sided copies. I was told it would be .15 per copy because they had to go in and pull the files off the flash drive.... I arrived and they charged me
.20 per copy because they had to "manipulate" the copies (no phone call to get my approval) and then they charged another $37 plus for the manipulation. Seriously? I had over 1600 copies. She told me some were turned upside down. I didn't ask they be all right side up. We go through the documents when we do a review. Some how it went from .15 a copy to well over .20 cents a copy without my approval or consent. The additional charge of $37...still don't know what that was for.
I have had this company do all my copies and business printing work for over 8 years. A call and approval was in order. I'll be now taking my business elsewhere. Greed seems to have set in with them.
