My friend and I walked into Kate Spade to look for a purse for her work. Like a normal mid to high end store, we assumed we would get greeted as soon as we walked in but unfortunately, we were NOT. On top of that, the staff were staring at us the whole time we were looking around. Out of the 10 sales associates that were working no one helped. But they had one associate FOLLOW us around the store.
As we were cashing a purse out, their associates were still staring. One of them came up to cash and checked for the "time". They still continued to stare.
I've never felt so uncomfortable. It was ridiculous.
