Not sure why I go back. This is the 3rd time I've had a delivery from there and 3rd time it's been wrong! Today, we waited for furniture from 8-3 and they finally showed up at 3:45.....and they only brought half of my daughters bed after we got rid of everything in her room. They said they could deliver it between 8 and midnight tonight. Ummmmmm, no we have work and school tomorrow. So now, I have to wait again 8-3 tomorrow. They never called the night before to narrow my wait time like they said they would. Last time we had a delivery it took two weeks and countless hours on the phone to even get the part of our order they didn't deliver. Unlike most companies, when living spaces is in the wrong, they don't care at all to rectify the situation. Poor, poor customer service. Our store experience has always been nice with friendly, helpful sales people but the delivery service makes it not worth it at all!!!!
