The staff was welcoming and nice enough but the food was sub-par for Madison. Madison has such wonderful Italian restaurants and this one was more expensive and far inferior in taste. I got the garlic shrimp which was way too overpowering and tasted like the garlic was all raw. The mashed potatoes were grey and lumpy. The shrimp was cooked alright but no imagination was used to prepare them. My husband got the manicotti which was bland and unappetizing. The sauce tasted like something out of a can. If you want good Italian food, try Greenbush or Lombardino's: both have larger portions, more authentic flavors, and more pride put iinto the food preparation. We will not be going back.
