Such a magical, enchanted place. I came across it on internet and had to visit. I'm so glad I did. It is a bit of a drive from Chicago (about an hour and 20 minutes depending where you live) but sooo worth it. You can stroll around beautifully landscaped grounds or have a picnic there. It's so much to see there if you love nature and architecture. It is also very peaceful and serene if you just want to relax away from the city. Plan a whole day trip and take a picnic basket and some water with you.
