You want to put Gorgonzola on a pizza? I had my doubts, but there it was right on the #6 - a traditional BBQ Chicken pizza with Gorgonzola added. I figured Project Pie had to know best and I was not disappointed. In about 5 minutes, my little personal sized pie came out of the "really, really hot" oven and was delivered to me with a smile. The crust was perfectly crispy, cheese gooily melty, a nice blend of toppings, BBQ sauce just this side of spicy, and the aforementioned Gorgonzola to set the whole thing off. Project Pie is located in the MGM Grand "Underground." Take a right as soon as you enter the main lobby and go down the escalator. Project Pie is just past Fat Tuesday on the right. There is adequate seating or you can get it to go. They offer Boylan's gourmet soda (I had the birch beer) made with can sugar. Service is friendlier even than the showgirls out on the Strip - haha. Check Project Pie out especially if you are staying at the MGM.
