I genuinely love this location. But once I had to order a cake, it was so difficult. I went in on a Wednesday and the lady told me to order it on Thursday. Thursday was the day they receive the cake orders. So, I called to place the order. The guy said to call back in 2 to 3 days because the order could be lost. I called back within 2-3 days and I was told I cannot reserve the cake I wanted, which is a cake they usually have but sells out fast. So then, I was told to come in to pick it up but because I wanted that specific cake, it's not guaranteed I'd get it. What the hell, the bakery dept needs to work on the pre-ordering process to avoid this useless hassle I went through. Such a piss off.
