My wife and myself stayed here for 4 years and finally moved out Jan 2017. This place may look great from the outside, but living here is a totally different experience.
First, its expensive. You are better off renting a home than living here (what we finally did). Second, this place is LOUD and OBNOXIOUS. If you are unlucky enough to be near the "play area" expect to hear SCREAMING children all afternoon, through dinner, and through the evening. Unless its a weekend, then expect to hear this noise ALL day. Complex refuses to do anything about the noise. Want to relax after work or during dinner? Perhaps sleep in or nap during a weekend day - don't even think about it. The noise is THAT bad. Your fellow neighbors will not care. It's a place that seems the parents just let their children run loose without supervision - as long as they are out of their hair.
Lets add to this the "dog park" right next to the "play area". So go ahead and add multiple dogs barking in this area through the day and especially the evening - when they are barking at the screaming children - to your noise levels.
Also, there are multiple vehicle break ins, which you would likely only know about by being a resident and reading the apartment forums. Apartments are thin walled, single pane windows. Again, noise from the outside bleeds in like people are in your living room. If you are unlucky to have inconsiderate people above you (especially, again with children) it sounds like stampede going on above you.
Staff overall was good, minus one or two, but I think they were fill ins from other locations. The current manager is completely and utterly worthless. She is never there (even the associates roll their eyes when asking about her) and when she is their she wants to do the very least amount of work or interaction with residents as possible.
A few months before we were about to leave, they started to "upgrade" some outside elements - new lights, more plants, just cosmetic stuff. We wondered why until we saw they were building new luxury apartments (Trellis) just down the street which, I am sure, we pull residents to them instead of this dump.
