This is an update to my initial review of Hancock Fabrics. On my recent visit to the store for some fabric for my daughter's school project, I found the staff to be both attentive and friendly. They were quick to assist and one came from the register (left one) to assist customers at the fabric cutting table. This visit was a nice surprise and with that, I look forward to returning to see if the great customer service is continuing.
