I am still under their care, and enjoying seeing the environment and people there. They have all sorts of services (IV treatments, chiro, massage, holistic family care), but as I am nearing the end of my pregnancy, I think the one thing I felt lacking was simple classes on baby topics. I have to go outside of them for cloth diaper lessons, how to install a car seat correctly, typical ins and outs of first time mommies. You may think that's normal, but coming from a birthing center with so many services (mostly to post birth mothers) they would have some more in house to prepare for baby. I'd like to feel confident BEFORE the baby comes, not attend groups AFTER. Still, staff is kind and apologize/try to make up for time waiting if they run late.
