I called, emailed to let them know I was a new client and I did not hear a word. So I went to their location and learned they changed their hours and did not have a 12:00pm class and had to bang on the window to get the cleaning lady next class hours. So when I showed up at 4pm the trainer was in the shower with the doors open and his wallet on the couch. So I waited and told him I was inquiring about crossfit and he introduced himself then went on to talk to other members talking about personal issues. I thought WOW if this was my business I would have asked more questions and gave more information about his business, but instead he turned his back to me and walked away and totally made me feel like an outcast.
