Dr Fujikawa is a good dr she has always seen my exotic pets and I've been going there for years. It's the front desk that's horrible. I have always gotten a "multi pet" discount when I go. Basically paying full price for one exam and then a discounted exam for each animals beyond that that I bring at the same time. We have spent over 10k there. 5k of it was on a chinchilla that died anyways. We rescue all species of animals and have close to 15 pets the multi pet discount really helps and she spends maybe 5 min on each additional pet. When I called today I asked about the multi pet discount and she just kept saying it's 54 a pet. When I asked her to double check she came back and said we can see 2 for 108. That's no discount at all. Every other vet in town offers a multi pet discount. After years of being loyal and 1000s spent it's time to find a new vet. I hope I can find one as good as Fujikawa with better office staff and policies.
