Trainers is the type of gym that may remind you of Average Joe's-that gym from the movie Dodgeball with Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller. But, it has everything a gym should have without the frills.
It's quiet, and usually pretty empty, but it's a great place to work out nonetheless. It may not be pretty, but I'd take it over the megatron, beefcake fitness centres any day. Whether you're an athlete or an average-Joe, Trainers will fit your needs.
It has a gigantic weight room on the bottom floor, cardio machines upstairs and a small studio for fitness classes of all kinds.
