I called to inquire about leasing a new GMC auto and the "manager of the moment" put me through to a sales rep Zak, he took my information and hit my credit, which took four points off BUT I never received a call back from anyone!! I have tried to call several times, each time it's a different manager who knows nothing about me or my inquiry. The worst thing is they must be giving or selling my information as I have had phone calls from every car dealer in town over the last few days. REALLY??? YES....really. They refuse to speak with me or tell me why they gave my information to others. I would never do business with this company even if it was a free car! Seems they only employ "managers," who are all rude and know nothing. Thanks for the credit ding, no response and a weekend of dealing with other car dealers. Don't give them your credit information, if you want a car get your own financing and go to a dealer....NOT this one but one who does not practice in selling or giving your information to others. What a horrible experience.
