It has been 5 months since I bought my expedition and it was time for my first service. I was thrilled to learn about the app for my phone so I actually scheduled my appointment about 11 pm in a Saturday night. How "cool" is that! It could not be more convenient for a last minute type of person that I am.
I drove in, was met by a very courteous gentleman. I believe his name was Hans. He took my car, and before I had really had time to finish my drink and get much reading accomplished sitting in the service department waiting room, my car was ready, waiting, and newly washed. More reasons to really like and recommend this dealership. Thx
