I chose Rampart Dental Group based on their excellent Yelp reviews and was not disappointed! I recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to find a good local dentist. I had a terrible toothache so I scheduled a same-day appointment to get their $49 cleaning and x-rays. It turns out they couldn't do the regular cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning, and they ended up not charging me anything for my consultation and x-rays! Dr. Walsh was very patient, friendly, and professional. It turns out I needed a root canal that had to be performed by an endodontist (he comes in twice a month). The staff are all very professional and try really hard to put you at ease. My root canal with Dr. Radlsoky went very smoothly and I am very happy with the results.
Winston, the office manager, was very thorough and patient explaining all my payment options and worked with me to find a payment plan I could afford, since I would be paying 100% out of pocket. My actual costs for the root canal turned out to be substantially less than the estimate I received, which was a nice surprise.
I got the same-day crown after the root canal, and even though I let them know I was in no hurry to be anywhere, Dr. Walsh gave me a free crown upgrade since they were running a little behind schedule that day. Dr. Walsh also contacted me the next day to make sure I wasn't having any issues with my crown.
Excellent customer service is a priority at Rampart Dental. They really try hard to make your experience as painless as possible--definitely recommend!
