My wife checked Capistrano and was helped by a sales agent earlier in the week. We emailed and arranged an appointment today to go together and get more information. The original sales agent was off but suggested we talk to his colleague. She was hanging out in her car outside of the office when we arrived. After checking out the house, we returned to the office where she was chatting with a friend while we stood there waiting. Minutes later, she acknowledged us, but refused to share any information or answer any questions because "we weren't her client." She was very rude and made condescending remarks. We walked out. Terrible service. Every employee for themselves at this company.
