This was a very easy buying experience. I scheduled an appointment online with Steve, then drove to the dealership and test drove my new volt. Management was very flexible and didn't waste my time presenting unrealistic figures or things not relevant to me. Finance office moved faster than any other time I'm experienced (I've purchased over 10 cars in my life), and kept things simple. Great experience, I plan on buying more cars from this dealership in the future.
